Phintraco Natha Kapital was established in 2000, formerly known as Relia Telemit Semesta that was specializes in Information & Communications Technology industry for 20 years, based on its hierarchy in Phintraco Group. In August 2020, Relia has been transforming into Capital Company that focuses on Investment, called PNK.

Kelvin Gonatha, together with his wife, Josephine Lioe, are founders of Phintraco Group. They started the 1st company in 1991 named Phintraco Ekasarana (now it has transformed into Phintraco Technology). Since then, the company grow and partner with many world leaders in ICT, creating more new companies focusing on IT Services and Solutions, Brokerage and Property Development.
